Dr. Ashutosh Kumar Sinha

Before joining Fortis Hospital, Dr Ashutosh Sinha was the Head and Associate Director in Paediatrics and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Jaypee Hospital.
He has more than 20 years of experience in paediatrics and 15 years’ experience in Children’s Intensive Care.
He is an accredited teacher for Paediatric Intensive Care in India and a national faculty for training by Simulation.
Dr Ashutosh Sinha has trained in India and UK. He has extensive training in Pediatric Intensive Care from all the best units and hospitals of London in UK including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Imperial College, London and Royal Brompton Hospital for Children.
He had been working as a consultant in Paediatrics and Pediatric Intensive Care in John Radcliff Hospital, Oxford, UK after completing his training in Intensive care and Paediatrics.
He has extensive experience in managing all types of pediatric emergencies and is proficient in all aspects of intensive care.
He brings with himself a rich experience of managing very sick child as well as training and teaching opportunities for the staffs in Intensive care.
Dr Ashutosh Sinha has also postgraduate qualification in Pediatric Allergy & Asthma and he has been trained in this specialty from Southampton University Hospital, UK.
He is also trained and certified in Pediatric Bronchoscopy from European Respiratory Society, Paris, France.
Dr Ashutosh Sinha is an assessor of Royal College of Paediatrics, London UK.
He has been actively involved in teaching the medical graduates and trainees in Paediatrics and Intensive care in UK.
He is also an NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) assessor and take active part in the assessment process for NABH accreditation.
Has been active in academic activities and delivering talks in IAP National Conference as faculty.
He has been actively involved as faculty in various workshop for training the paediatrician.
He is also involved as faculty in training and conducting workshops by Simulation.
