Currently, Dr. Dawar works as a Consultant in Orthopaedic Onco Surgery at the Cancer Centre of BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital in New Delhi.
Previously, he served as a Consultant Orthopaedic Onco-Surgeon at the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre in New Delhi and as a Senior Resident-cum-Fellow in the Bone and Soft Tissue Services at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai.
Dr. Dawar is a lifetime member of the Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA), Delhi Orthopaedic Association (DOA), and Indian Musculoskeletal Oncology Society (IMSOS).
His areas of interest include comprehensive management of both primary and metastatic bone and soft tissue tumors, including spine tumors.
He specializes in complex orthopaedic and joint revision cases involving multistage surgeries with megaprosthetic reconstruction.
Dr. Dawar is skilled in the comprehensive surgical management of chronic osteomyelitis and bone and joint infections.
