She is a graduate from MAMC, New Delhi and Postgraduate MD (Obs-Gyn) from VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. She worked as a Classified specialist in the Army Medical Corps (AMC). She was an Associate Professor at the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) at Pune. She has been associated with various hospitals like Rockland Hospital & Fortis .She was Senior Consultant at Apollo Cradle ,Moti Nagar from its inception in 2015 .
