With over 6 years of intensive training at AIIMS, he was awarded the prestigious Prem Prakash Trophy and achieved the first rank in Senior Residency. He has successfully performed more than 2,000 eye surgeries, including complex vitreo-retinal surgeries and advanced cataract surgeries.

Advanced Training and International Expertise
To further refine his skills and bring cutting-edge techniques to his patients, Dr. Bansal pursued the ICO Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2014. This international training allowed him to integrate world-class surgical techniques into his practice. He later served as a consultant at the renowned Medanta Hospital for nearly two years, where he treated numerous patients with complex eye conditions.

Additionally, Dr. Bansal was honored with the FAICO in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery by the All India Collegium of Ophthalmology and also served as a Visiting Physician at the University of Iowa, USA.
