Dr. Sandeep Chauhan is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years of experience. He has extensive expertise in performing primary and revision arthroplasty surgeries for the knee and hip joints. Dr. Chauhan is also highly skilled in managing orthopedic emergencies, polytrauma cases, and complex conditions such as pediatric fractures, soft tissue injuries, septic arthritis, osteomyelitis, and complex reconstructions in musculoskeletal medicine.
Dr. Chauhan has specialized training in acetabular fractures, pelvic ring surgical management, and advanced fracture care. He received his training in knee and hip joint surgeries under the esteemed guidance of Dr. (Brig.) B.K. Singh, a top Joint Replacement Surgeon in India, at the prestigious Joint Replacement Center in Army Hospital, R&R, New Delhi, from August 2007 onward.
In addition to his comprehensive training, Dr. Chauhan is one of the few specialists in India with expertise in robotic joint replacement surgeries, having mastered navigation and computer-assisted joint replacements. He further honed his skills under the mentorship of renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. C.S. Ranawat at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, USA.
