Dr Vivek Garg did graduation and post graduation in eye surgery from M P Shah Medical College, Jamnagar Gujarat, India. Following post graduation he went for 2 year surgical training Fellowship in Phacoemulsification . He went on to specialize in cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation, a domain that he has subsequently made his own. He is a distinguished member of different local and international ophthalmic societies all over the world.
Dr Garg is also trained in Glaucoma management and Retinal Diseases from AIIMS, New Delhi, India which is one of the best in India. He is also a certified Bag in the lens cataract surgeon from UZA, Antwerp University, Belgium.
