Prior to joining Max Hospitals, Dr. Verma worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Madras Institute of Orthopaedics and Traumatology in Chennai.
He holds a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Oncology from the Tata Memorial Centre and a Clinical Fellowship in Trauma and Joint Replacement from Berufsgenossenschaftliche (BG) Klinik in Tuebingen, Germany.
Dr. Verma completed his DNB in Orthopaedic Surgery at Madras Institute of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (MIOT) Hospitals in Chennai and his MBBS from Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College in Pune.
He is a member of various professional organizations, including the Indian Musculoskeletal Oncology Society (IMSOS), Delhi Orthopaedic Association (DOA), Indian Medical Association (IMA – EDB), Medical Council of India (MCI), and Delhi Medical Council (DMC).
His special interests include treating bone tumors (benign and malignant), soft tissue tumors, cutaneous malignancies, metastatic bone disease, and complex reconstruction and revision surgeries for failed implants and mega prostheses.
